Arrack Strap
A rum and Batavia arrack old-fashioned with sweet vermouth, a little Campari, demerara syrup, and mole and orange bitters. It is sweet and fairly strong at about 24% ABV.

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into an old-fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with the orange twist.
