Soul Clench
A pisco drink on the rocks with dry vermouth, grapefruit and elderflower liqueurs, and falernum. It is sweet and fairly strong at about 20% ABV.

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
