Tea in the Sahara
A coconut green tea-infused Scotch drink on the rocks with Strega and honey syrup. It is sweet and strong at about 26% ABV.

Squeeze the lemon over a mixing glass and drop it in. Add the remaining ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass. No garnish.

Brown Derby
A bourbon sour with grapefruit juice, a little lemon juice, and honey syrup, garnished with a grapefruit twist. It is lightly tart, sweet, and moderately strong at about 15% ABV.
